Mlango Farm Visit

Our first day trip from Nairobi was to Mlango Farm, about 40 minutes west of the city. It blew our minds. The farm is huge - acres and acres of every type of vegetable one can imagine. For about $10 we were given a huge straw basket and our farm host, Mercy, helped us fill it with fresh cuttings as she guided us on more than an hour-long walk through the farm. They also have plenty of animals to pet and the highlight (second only to the baby calf) was a fabulous, fresh lunch made with their own produce. We spent an entire day there and the kids ate more vegetables the week following than they have their entire lives! https://mlango.org/
