The Main Food Group: Cheese

Kenya has truly mastered the day trip. We were part of a small group of about 20 people one Friday for lunch and a tour of Brown’s Cheese factory. They work with local farmers to get milk and they produce a ton of cheese and ice cream for Nairobi. It was a fun day seeing the process and, of course, eating a fabulous meal.
